Who is Bob Proctor?

Bob Proctor studied the laws of success for more than 50 years and estimated that 95 percent of people don’t live the life they really want because they don’t follow a proven plan.

Fortunately, Bob had a plan to change the world long after he left the physical plane. He trained, coached, and mentored Gustavo Romero and his team members to live and teach people worldwide how to create their best life by following a proven formula.

Emma is passionate about helping people. She feels privileged to have experienced the life-changing effects of this work herself, and simply wants to share this success with everyone. Born in Chile, She spent 20
years as a Psychologist before moving to New Zealand with her children.

Here, She has expanded her interest from the human mind, emotions, and behavior, into the fields of neuroscience, quantum physics, and The Law of Attraction, and in this last field, she found Bob Proctor’s teaching. She engaged completely with Thinking Into Results Program.

Growing up, her parents taught her to work hard, show up every day and give until you were exhausted in exchange for a paycheck. She did very well as a successful medical professional by working hard and long
hours but she saturate her time with work. But her apparent success lead her to internally felt she was held back by a poor self-image a feeling of a sense of unworthiness and sadness that lingered.

In 2020 she decided to take the year coaching course with Bob Proctor her confidence grew, she felt worth it, and she felt happy and full of opportunities in her life, her results changed for the better quickly her income increased without working harder or more hours, she realizes she could live the life she chose, on November 2021 she decided to become a Consultant with Proctor Gallagher Institute to help others have the freedom to live how they really want to live.

Valdete has been a teacher and professor in the Albanian education system starting from elementary schools and University levels. She is passionate about self-growth and I’ve been titled Positive psychotherapy consultant in 2011.

Henry Walsh spent over 25 years in Retail Store Development where he found his passion for helping people, in 2013 when his family began, he continued this passion by setting up Positive Connections-Life & Parent Coaching to help Parents & Families build positive life-long characteristics with their children.


On continuing his own growth journey, he completed Thinking Into Results for the first time in 2020 which gave him an even deeper understanding of himself and his family dynamics. He now loves to share with others how the Thinking Into Results Lifestyle can benefit their family life in the long term.

Jahshawn Rutherford, success and mindset coach at the Academy is an ex-military officer that served for six years in the Guyana Defense Force, a continent in South America.

His personal development Journey started while he was serving in 2018, since he always wanted more but
my financial constraints was always the main pillar. It was seemingly impossible until the day he stumbled across one of Bob’s audios on YouTube, that was the day my mindset started to change gradually.

Coming from a family background that was confined to their environment, he knew he had to go big; he also knew that he had to be mentored if he wanted to win big. He began to study consistently and later developed a passion for law, so he subsequently got enrolled. A few months after he started a juice business as a second source of income. His exponential growth resulted to him attracting the Proctor Gallagher Institute, where he served the company until Bob Proctor died.

Today, he's a living example that you can literally think into success. This is not to say that you wouldn’t have challenges because you will. However, with a new level of awareness comes a whole new beginning.
